Location saisonnière: A 50 mètres des plages et de la vieille ville, appartement Belle Epoque sur le toit pour six personnes, avec grande terrasse et superbe vue mer, idéalement situé au centre d'Antibes et à seulement 50 mètres de la Méditerranée. La résidence « Palais Albert » est un authentique bâtiment de style Belle Epoque, bénéficiant d'un emplacement très central, sur le Boulevard Albert 1er et d’une adresse prestigieuse, puisque Pablo Picasso en personne y vécut dans les années 1930.
Situation idéale pour ceux qui désirent se déplacer partout sans utiliser de voiture, car tout est accessible en seulement quelques minutes à pied : belles plages de sable, nombreux magasins et restaurants, supermarché local, vieille ville et marché provençal, office de tourisme, etc... L'appartement est au sixième et dernier étage (ascenseur jusqu’au cinquième). L'intérieur est très spacieux, lumineux et décoré avec raffinement, dans un style ancien. Le vaste séjour est particulièrement agréable, avec son beau parquet massif et ses très grandes baies vitrées coulissantes, qui ouvrent sur la terrasse vvec une surface de 30 m² exposée est.
Le ménage, draps et serviettes ainsi que la taxe de séjour de 3% ne sont pas inclus dans le prix.

great view, comfortable stay

Hi, we loved the apartment. We stayed for 10 days with two kids of 11 and 13 years on a lazy, relaxing holiday, and the apartment was perfectly comfortable for us. We loved the superb view from the huge terrace, the bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning was useful, the apartment was very well equipped with everything we might need in the kitchen, in the bathroom or otherwise (we especially loved that even two beach umbrellas were provided). We had a great time there.

My stay at Le Boyer

I was very pleased with the apartment and the location. The air conditioning worked well and the kitchen is very well supplied. The atmosphere in the apartment is wonderful! One feels as though one is staying in a home on the French Riviera, not a hotel. The location is splendid. The apartment was clean. The linens were fresh and the beds were comfortable. I would definitely recommend this apartment for a stay in Antibes.
